Print-On-Demand products allow us to be agile with our designs and continue to bring you new and different items.  For these products, they are made to order and specifically based on your selection.  These products can not be returned or exchanged unless the product received is damaged or incorrect from what was ordered.  Returns/Exchanges for size, color, or remorse will not be accepted.  In the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we will provide a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.  Please use our contact form to reach out.

The Brisk Outdoor Brand Product Warranties

The Brisk Outdoor branded products (not including POD or RTT) carry a One Year manufacturers warranty that cover the product from manufacturing defects.  The warranty does not cover damage, discoloration, negligent use of the product, or wear and tear.  The Brisk Outdoors reserves the right to determine if the product is covered by the warranty and if repair or replacement of the product will be provided.

External Brand Warranties

External brands we carry might have more or less warranty than our products. Any manufacturer defects are covered under their warranty. Please get in touch with them for warranty service. If you have issues, please get in touch with us and we will assist.

Return Shipping

At this time, we cannot offer free return shipping.  If you'd like to return an item you'll need to package it up in original packaging and supply your own shipping. As we grow, we'll be working on streamlining this process a little better.
